how was proctors termination not followed by these weak results? The fact that he remains CEO just proves the case for a class action lawsuit against these crooks

That is the only thing I am praying for.. Insider ownership is pathetic.... look at any other start up it's usually in the range of 25%-40% insider ownership as well they don't have these lucrative warrant structures. The management is certianly getting paid. The brand image of this company is completely wrecked..
