I have always been skeptical if the whole class action when a company underperforms because really - what’s the basis for a class action - the executive are crappy business people and they sank the company? That’s the risk you take as an investor so unless there is evidence that shareholders were actually deceived or there was true ‘wrongdoing’, my thoughts are that this would be counterproductive
