Upcoming catalysts are as follows;

#1) reverse stock split, more than likely a 1 for 10 ... #2) immediately following the reverse split will be more dilution in the form of another round of capital raising

1 for 10... try 20 for 1... way too many shares out. I will be voting on a hard no for that. Worst investment I have and will ever make.
