so many partnerships, but not new clients. They can have partnerships all day long, but nobody is buying the product. All these so called partnerships are other companies offering their product, not even using it themselves. This is how it has been since day 1 of going public. So many strategic partnerships that amount to nothing but wasted time and resources.

Proctor makes too good of a coin for the size of the company, even more so given his track record.  If I were him, I'd have no problem picking up a million shares at these levels to show confidence in where the company is headed, or to just keep my job.
