Co-chair was suggesting at the end of last year that 12 cents was a good buy. Wow. If I were him and not even tried to prop it up a bit before this 80% drop, I would resign. He seriously cannot be sitting here for the board fees? They are HUGE for a company this size, they should be clipped by a good 75% including halving the size, but for a guy that pulled so much wealth out of the MJ gamble

His involvement lent a lot of credibility to my investment decision. Unfortunately as much as he was a high tech magnate, I think this play has shown to me the pace of changes and innovation is just too fast for him to adapt. The board and management can step up with another financing at 10 cents (pre any splits).  They can afford it and should have no qualms if they think they continue thinking they are doing a good job i.e. still hold on to their compensated positions.
