As it happens, today is the 4 month anniversary of Mr Clark`s appointment as CFO. Since his appointment the stock price has dropped from between about 35% and 45%, depending on whether the stock closes today at 0.035 or 0.030. I would be OK with this only if it was part of him replacing Proctor permanently or tempirarily until a winner is found. it is absolutely distasteful to be issuing so many or any options at 3 cents. Rewarding failure. For too many shareholders the tax loss value is worth more than the value of shares. World class leadership all around....right.
