Should get new partnership news
At the June 28th conference call, Proctor stated that we should see a new partner signed up within 4 to 6 weeks. He emphasized this timeline knowing where things stand and that he would be surprised if it didn't happen by this time. He ackowledged that he has been surprised in the past....and we certainly know that he has delivered nowhere close to some of the previous pronouncements during his time as the CEO.
I certainly am not holding my breath that any one partner (besides being a MSFT Top Tier partner) will contribute something huge given how many users they need to acquire to have a significant product offering, but let's see how well he is able to judge his business progress after so many years of scrambling to survive....only thanks to the support of TM who has been involved with over a hundred high tech companies...and I have to wonder how many of them have been dudds like this one for their shareholders/owners.
This should happen before the next CC or he should proactively address why he could not meet this delivrable. I would like TM to be at the conference call to show us that he is starting to take over the reigns, before doing so fully or appointing someone new and younger than his old guatd.
