Seems like private placements are as regular as quarterly financial statements. Can't really see an end in sight.

These guys don't give a damn about current investors.  Issuing 30,000,000 new shares every month or two.... When people look for a definition of dilution, MTLO comes up in the dictionary.  So sad

I wonder if they even know how many outstanding shares they have at this point or if they just stopped counting because who cares?  F the current shareholders they don't matter one bit when Terry will just keep delivering private placements.  Eventually Terry will own so many shares that current investors won't even exist any longer

The company is doing so poorly that if TM was not funding it, it would fold and we would be left with nothing anyways, not that 1.5 pennies in absolute terms is much more than nothing. My understanding is that the Mitel business was profitable.  Think about how many $10s of millions of dollars they have burnt to ruin that.  Now that takes some real skill. i just think TM should be
