Documents are not on Sedar yet, but here are some numbers: Net Loss - $119K Cash/short term - $28K (does not include value of Cov which is about $600K at current value...could use the $2.5M at this point....good move on that one) Long Term Debt - $0 (they paid off remaining debenture amount) Paid out severances to mgt (everyone's getting their share except shareholders) OUTLOOK On April 19 ...more
