Good News Coming

Is it me or that amount of transaction is a sign of good news coming. Maybe I just don't understand why a graphically dead stock will be bought at a 1,320,000 share and that just in a morning. I know it is not a huge amount of money but why investing on a stock that almost stop trading 3 months.
