consolidation! We are now worth......

20 cents a share! WOW!

last nail in the coffin for shareholders......we'll be back to 1/2 cent in no time.  No fundamental change in the company so nothing to support 20 cents...

plus,,,just wait to be more diluted after the consolidation when they announce a financing at the new share price....the only reason to prop the share price is to get above the NEX min. threshold which allows the company to do a financing

Now now don`t be such a negative nellie, maybe Jeffrey has something up his sleeve besides his elbow. After all he has steered the ship all the way from $0.30 a share to where we are now with no revenue and no assets to speak of , so how much worse can it get. At present stock price you can`t get out if you tried ,but now there is a chance to get out. I would imagine there will be an unruly ...more

Hi Birdie22, I have been following your post, since I first bought MTM at 70 cents. I read your comments regularly, because they are very insightful and you provide knowledge and insight that goes beyond what is learned in classes. As an almost accountant my studies does not focus as deeply as I would like in investing, because of that I mostly learn by trial and error. As such, I don’t ...more

looks like you got your answer, down 40%, no major announcement so far what a joke...

I am not sure we have enough trading to answer all my question, but your point is still valid. You are right this is joke.  I was especting an annoncement to maintain the share price. However, I will say that if senior management start to sell their shares, it would indicate that the consolidation was to allow shareholders to cash out, but consolidating for that reason along doesn't make ...more

Mandel owns about 2,100,000 shares / 40 = 52,500 x .15 shares=$ 7,875.00 and that is it. The only real value is the $140 mill. +/- tax write off which might be worth around $ 37 mill to someone so they may pay about $ 10 mill or $ 1.35 ( .03 cents pre consolidation ) plus any patents MTM has not already sold with other business units. The only employee there is I believe is Mandell and in 2012 he ...more

The same thought occurred to me, that they did the condolidation to make it easier to sell off holdings but Mandel hasn't sold any and yesterday was only 7.5K shares...agree that it's a little earlier to tell what will happen but I just don't see the share price holding up if they don't announce something positive.  Also, if Mandel is thinking of doing a share offering or ...more

Yes that was the same time frame that COV was at $3.00 ( also I believe they where not insiders.) But my point is that insiders that held 15% of cov stock and still hold today did not sell, and may be Abe Schwartz  sees the same thing they do, and that may be MTM`s wildcard.
