I agree, shareholders get burned once again.  No additional funds raised, no news of any kind, what a complete waste.  I can't understand why they executed this when for 3 years in row they requested shareholder approval and yet did not feel it was a good idea to execute the reverse and then this time they did it with no change coming for the company........absolutely ...more
