Good move IMO. On the first run, the shares hit .45 on very scant details regarding the IP acquisition. Once we receive the full datails, the .45 high might become a distant historical figure. Reading between the lines of the press release, my take is that "Mitec Technologies Inc. has acquired intellectual property (IP) that has the potential to significantly address security and privacy
