Mitec Technologies Inc. Acquires IP

"Mitec acquired the IP from Mr. Schwartz by way of a Purchase Agreement that was executed today in exchange for a combination of 5 million Mitec common shares and a secured Promissory Note for $1 million. Mr. Schwartz will become the largest shareholder of Mitec, with aggregate holdings of approximately 43% of Mitec's common shares."

I'm intriqued here, but am waiting on the sidelines to learn more about their new IP when the company is ready to discuss it further.  I have a very significant position in Covalon and do believe this company can/will grow by multiples based on the value of their Covalon shares alone, but I choose to own Covalon directly for that exposure.     Regarding their new IP, I called
