Looks like news of the drilling program is coming out or leaked out...

Drill program no secret will happen in March once weather better.  The big news that the mining license in SA is granted will be the news that pushes the price up and it will be more than one cent.

figures right at the end someone sold some to keep it close low. but over 1 mil from one large buyer. someone building up for the new drill program. I don't think they have the mining license in SA.... Could be Morrocco news but we shall see. soemthing soon.
