On July 7, 2023, Juno Corp. completed a non-brokered private placement of (i) 2,308,000 common shares at a price of $2.00 per common share; and (ii) 1,325,000 “flow-through” common shares at a $2.78 per “flow-through” common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $8.3 million.

The offering closed in five tranches between May to July 2023.
