Share consolidation not in Proxy

The stock had gone up from 2 cents to 10 cents by Nov. 23, 2019. That proposal submitted when the stock was at 2 cents for a rollback resolution to be considered at the AGM was pulled.

Gj you posted about CD not MTX. This the MTX board. And ya the rollback was voted on. As for the AGM I attended via online Still there. if you where you would know it was voted on and it passed. They talked about selling Juno shares first before the roll back at last agm. Keep shorting.
