Deal with a Non-Existent Company?

What a sight today! Folks, if you have been looking for reliable information for your investment decisions, pay attention to what occurred today on this board - a lot of valuable lessons to learn!

Regular bashers gained unexpected Allies - noticed how many turncoat surprises today?

A long-time lead poster/promoter pooped out - all enthusiasm and confidence dissipated as fast and complete like a balloon meeting a needle…….. and turned on to attacked me as an IR canine.

Now let’s deal with the confidence shaking “Non-Existent Company” issue. There are documented cases of physicians failing to identify sicknesses in patients. So does “can’t find anything” means it/they don’t existed?
Of course not.

In stead of turning to others on the board for answers, the turncoats unleashed attacks even more vicious than regular bashers: “NAG  Scam Scam Scam…..”.

I can confirm that ACC is not a business registered in W V. Also in Sask, as one poster pointed out, they do need a business registration to do business……..

But application for mineral rights is not the same as operating a business:

Guide to Acquiring Mineral Rights in Saskatchewan:

“Eligibility for staking in the unsurveyed area (s. 19):

1. Any natural person may stake out a claim area in Saskatchewan; and
2. There are no residency requirements.

Application to record a claim in the surveyed area (s. 31):

1. Any "person" which includes a natural person, corporation, company, government, governmental agency, co-owner or party and includes the successors, heirs, executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of such a person may apply for a disposition in a surveyed area.”

That means I from Ontario or a person from BC may walk in to apply and eventually own a permit without having to register as a business in Sask. The same situation applies to NAG and others now waiting to get permits. So if someone search the Sask Business Registry, they may not find my name, NAG or any other company names although we may all hold mineral rights in the province.

When they have to employ workers, or have coal to sell then it’s a different story.

Are there similar regulations in W V? We can exhaust ourselves to look for those information or we can just do something more rational - deciding who we can trust: the CEO & the prestigious advisors of a public company or …………the posters who can change direction in a wink, and say whatever they want anonymously without having to bear any consequence.

Company officials must be fully aware of the serious consequence of immediate and life-long penalties together with damage extending to their families and beyond if ever a scam is being contemplated.

These bashers and allies, who cannot read correctly between numbers and dollars, or comprehend beyond superficial level thought they had definitively found evidence of SCAM - based on the rationale that what they could not find must not exist.

The deal is expected to close before the end of the month or sooner and we can expect to have more info about it, the significance of which has not been recognize by many yet.
