Retiredriller,It is ridiculos to think/say that Adamas was returned and NAG got their money back.  NAG is going down simply because the whole market is and has been in a downtrend for some time now.  Check with the company.  Call NAG and ask them about Adamas and what the status is.  If Adamas was returned back, this is material and would require an NR.  People simply

Permit office is in a mess right now. No one knows who's coming or going. Permits being returned and put back in the mix causing huge delays. Plus NuCoal has trumped everyone and getting all their permits first in line. Could be months before any public company sees a permit.
