Coal price hikes likely if mine ruling sticksMon Sep 22, 2008 10:41pm EDTI pulled it off of the CMK board. Don't worry though, this will onky affect CMK in a positive way. NAG in a negative way.

Shane, I read the article and found the actual decision (I hope its the same decision).  I skimmed the decision as it was lengthy.  I could be wrong, but IMO the decision does not directly apply to NAG's potential acquisition of Applachia ... for the following reasons:1.  The decision talks about "mountain top mining" - Will NAG potentially be mountain top mining?2 ...more

Nope, didn't talk to Jeannie today.  I read the decision and made my own mind up ... Good work on posting the article ... NAG's looking better.

To be quite honest with you, I am pretty nervous buying NAG again in these market conditions. What I like is that they are up next for permits and even though once they get them it won't affect the s/p, but they will start drilling almost immediately, unlike the other Sask. plays ie. WGF & SMI.NAG will also be releasing an NR within a couple of weeks about the Appalachian play. IMO, it ...more

Yes she did. Lol, I think that she does her own DD, reads these boards and follows up accordingly. She's probably reading this post right now. By the way, she did not break any rules and release any insider info.
