Saturn the number is good. She called me back. She said the NR will be today, when she doesn't know. Very pleasant lady to speak with.

She couldn't comment on TSX approval but she did say the everything looks good. Understandable from her position.

A NR telling you that the deal couldn’t be made…. ?? Where are the “insider” pumpers?? If there will be a positive NR after the close

She couldn't say if TSX approved but she was confident that there will be an NR today? It seems like she was asking you to read between the lines.

Lets hope the NR says they are going to start strip mining the ACC deposit in the next couple of week..If its just a fluff nr then the party here may be over..Lets hope its not more comfort letters...Lets start mining

The NR will say that they are going to start strip mining right away or as soon as possible.

It will be reflected in the s/p atleast once they start mining if not right after the NR.

They have had numerous lawyers involved. Do you really think a fake company would get by numerous lawyers and NAG management. Come on man, if your gonna bash atleast come up with something better than that!By the way, NAG has 2-3 million for upcoming projects and strip mining is very inexpensive.
