A great post. Some times Murphy's Law can be serendipity for the company. The timing of the deal closing may be beter appreciated once the deal is accepted by TSX. Hopefully by next week.

Not to sound negative but was two weeks an unrealistically short period of time to get this deal done?? Obviously but I am not sure why. This doesn't look good IMO and I wouldn't be suprised if the market reacts negatively to this news tomorrow. I hope this isn't the case but I think we might be feeling some pain.The bashers will have a field day with this...............
