Who's Edward Reisner?

I agree with Enema - its a crappy worded NR.  NAG could have elaborated a bit more on the people involved.  BUT overall its GREAT news IMO.

https://infoventure.tsx.com/TSXVenture/TSXVentureHttpController?GetPage=PersonSummary&PO_ID=1092024&HC_FLAG1=Y&HC_FLAG2=Y I hope this link worked. Looks like Edward Reisner is some wealthy dude who has his hands in a lot of junior venture companies by way of private placement. Most notible is SLT on June 24, 2008.

The consideration was paid to him!! He looks to be the former owner of Appalachia Coal and now is the owner of 8,000,000 shares of NAG plus some cash for strippers!!Looks like he and Charlie have known each other from the past. Hmmmm, interesting..........

Yes. Excellent DD, and best of all he works for Canaccord.........hmmmmmm....very interesting lol.........GLTA

Canacord is only the securities firm involved with the deal. There is a legal obligation to disclose how much is paid to them. They get their fee and that is it. Reisner looks to be an independant (?) business man with a lot of dough. Still not sure why he would sell ACC to a Canadian junior exploration company as opposed to one of the existing coal companies already ...more

Canaccord doesn't get involved with a company that is going nowhere, I think this is very positive news.

He's the guy that has accepted  8,000,000 shares of nag + a small amount of cash for a known  coal resource. Nag resource at this time is unknown ( or is it ) . I would think he is in the know. He sees this as a huge opportunity imho. GLTA . Tomorrow should be an epic trading day . Timing couldn't be better.
