Comparison

To get an idea of what NAG's s/p might do when they receive permits, you might want to keep an eye on Westar Resources today and Monday.

The Sask E & R coal permit list was updated 2 days ago, and the coal disposition map was updated yesterday.

WER's June 23rd news release stated they were acquiring 72 coal permit apps from a group of arms-length vendors. This is the historical coal intercept property known as the "18m coal property". That same NR also indicated that Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. had been retained for all geological and exploration services for a 24 month period.

Jody Dahrouge's name appears on 72 coal permits on the latest permit list. The updated coal map shows new active dispositions for the same townships that had been labelled "WER" on the KEX company map from June 30th.

Coincidences? Or actual permits for WER? WER is up 20% today on no news yet.

I'm not trying to pump WER, but if they do put out a news release about receiving permits, it should give us all an idea of what NAG's s/p might do when they receive their first batch of permits.

17.5 more townships has been added by a rough count since publication of the Sept 26 map. 12 permits cover one township, meaning 210 permits have been added in less than a week's time. Seems a good sign the permit office is finally getting into gear.In regard to the original KEX map, the new permitted areas cover part of Carrot, Tobin South, Porcupine North, Hudson North and all of Pasquia ...more
