We got some permits in Sasktown.  Only about 10%.  Mining is not happening there.  The newly acquired property (Appalachia somewhere in the Eastern side of the US) is set to be strip mined in first quarter of next year.

I have been told ground work, some water treatment processing being completed . Much eqipment is  on site. many workers available as W.Virginia has been hard hit by USA economy. Plans are to start porduction early first quarter of 2009. Buyer contract signed. Second seam 60% completed for permiting and some work also done on third seam.Also told some more positive events have been confired
