I agree.  The NR was a wicked NR but it's still just promises and in this market and for this stock the only thing that will move it is actual material not promises.  Here is a quick listy of their promises which them not keeping was not completely their fault...Promised LL didn't deliverPromised production of coal by Q1 didn't deliverPromised production of coal by end
