Spoke to IR earlier than expected.  The $18/ton pure profit which I had mentioned earlier is in fact pure profit.  There is no fee paid out of that for the sight supervisor.  Dean Schaeffer is the supervisor.  The $40/ton covers everything.

I'll respond to your comments and play your games.  I found out the answer you had asked me earlier.  The $18/ton is pure profit.  There is no $6/ton fee for the sight supervisor.  Where do you get your information from?  Please advise.  You seem to ridicule everyone else and their DD.  I never said there was not costs associated with business travel.  ...more
