This IS great news-however my take

on 'which will be immediately permitted for mining'.to me means  they will immediately apply for permits!! Not that they have the permit in hand.
Exciting development anyways and continues to show the great potential of this area. Management has great plans and executing it well.
PS I don't care what IR says.They have  3 augers working NOW on mine#1

Agreed HHAPPYThat's also my interpretation of the releaseStill heading in the right direction.  IMO I think with the extended delays in getting mine#2 approved( administrative correction requested), this hopefully will get us mining blue gem in the very near futureGLTATFS

Agree with you on the mine#2 delay.  It seems that there was a boo boo with the application and it was not communicated to the shareholders.  This explains the decision to hire Ms. Deborah Moses.  The delay should not be significant though as in most gov't permitting processes if the application is not rejected out right (here sent for corrections) you keep the place in que and ...more
