Good News Today ...
BUT, just goes to show you the IR does not know what they are talking about sometimes .... 30 days advertising ... still may hold up the process if issues are raised but in Kentucky my guess is its highly unlikely ...
As with former mine #2 ... IRs claim of "any day now" since January is probably not accurate either ... I'll go out on a limb and say it is NOT accurate since I'm assuming they will have to do the 30 days advertising as well, post bond etc. etc. The permit office just does not hand out permits in the mail, apparently ... there is a process to be followed.

I thought it was 15 days for advertising not 30. I read that in a previous posters cut and paste email from the permit office. I'm confused, but then that seems to be NAG's master plan.GL

Saturn: Nag has already run the required advertisement (30 days) and now has a 30 day wait period for the public to comment on the opening of mining on that piece of property.CheersChester

If this is just a transfer of permits, why do they need a 30 day wait for public comments ??SUCYN

Although Mine #2 is a transfer of permit , it's one of the step required by the KDNR to be completed before full permitting can be given.CheersChester

So what your saying is if a few people oppose NAG taking over a mine that was mining, it's dead ???Does that mean that NAG will have to pay these people to back off ??SUCYN

Maybe it's up for debate, I'm talking about the permit. Perhaps people may have land near it etc. and they are given a right to challenge it if it affects someone else's property or environment etc.
