When was the last time IR predicted (or estimated) something and came through on time?  Hmmm, I don't think they ever did that.  All the way from the comfort letters (and permits in Saskatchewan), to West Virginia mining (yeah, what ever happened to that?), to coal production in Kentucky.  I realize the weather was bad in the first part of the year, then they had other ...more
