Dilution they lied

After the $900,000 raised in May from isuue of stock options  they said so there would be no dilution

A PP at .12 -----  Does that mean we are stuck at this range until it is approved?  Could it be that the s/p did not run on mine #2 news because of the PP?  I don't know the answer to the questions posed .... Just a thought ....15,000,000 share dilution ... I don't like it!!!!!!!!!!  Give us good news on mine #3 and a side of bad news on the PP ... P.S. - My guess is ...more

I agree with the idea that they lied regarding no more PP needed.I was told the same that they are now getting revenue every monthand would not need to go to the market for more money in the future.This is it for me as this is the second lie I have caught them in.It is my opinion that they are milking the company and should beaudited by someone outside the company. Perhaps a few of us shouldget ...more
