I think that they aren't posting any news  because they don't have anything to say...Once #3 is ready and the road is repaired , etc, they can post the news...SUCYN

If that is the case, wouldn't it be proper to tell us that , they are indeed mining , and repairing the road for coal transportation , and that they will be full steam ahead with an assumption of good numbers on #2 and #3 within 3 weeks or???? As it sits now, anyone that is in a negative position , is hanging on, not purchasing anymore shares, and anyone in a plus position is selling.  As

I guess it's the job of IR to tell us about the progress on the road , etc...But I agree , they should put out a PR on progress...unless we are that close to #3 that it would be a waste of money to do a PR that we are 1 week away from production and then 1 week later that we are mining #3...SUCYN

Saturn4, they did close both tranches.. on Sept 21st..and Oct. 15th...I already got my stock certificate for the first tranche...This might be some early tax loss selling... Early tax loss selling??  I doubt it.  If you read the October 15 NR carefully, I don't see any word of the second tranche ....

I just talked to the PP people at NAG and was told a PR will be out today or tomorrow...The PR is being work on now...I know the second tranche is closed because they told me the stock certificate will be mail out next week...SUCYN

Sucyn, there is no way I am doubting that you were told that the 2nd tranche / final tranche is closed ... I have no reason to believe you were not told.  What I am saying .............. Give us a fricken' NR that tells us so so we don't have to rely upon what anyone says on the BB ... Do you think those with money, the big boys, read the BBs for information??

I spoke with an IR girl last week and she told me that they are going to post bond for mine #3 today or tomorrow and after that there will certainly be a news release. Would be nice if they started mining quietly this week too, but highly unlikely to happen that fast with this company :)) One thing I definitely agree with is that their communication processes are rather weird.
