would be nice to work for these jokers...don't do anything and sit back and receive options many times over...disgusting really...a little more dilution

Wally, I think in a way this is good news, the options are 3000,000 @ .10 ... this is half a cent more than the present SP . maybe they are looking forward to making a killing off the options. It's not bad to issue options at a higher price than the SP , also they might have something up their sleeve to drive the price higher so they can cash up. Options granted, show some confidence in ...more

It would look a bit like a rip off if they issued options @.10 after they produced good news and the stock was @.20 or more.  I don't think the .10 options would be offered if they knew the sp is going to tank.  So maybe management is taking advantage of the present market, why wouldn't they?JMHO

I have a feeling they will cash up all these options as soon as we hit 0.105  :)Now if they had issued these options at 0.50  then that would be a very good sign....They are disappointing again!!

I don't think they will cash up at .105.. Not much profit to be made there, And why would they issue options @ .50 when the sp is @ .095?  I have never seen options granted @ 5 times higher than the current sp. after all the management team wants to make money as well.I don't really blame them in that respect. It's only human nature. The important thing to remember is that they ...more

The SP has fallen several times after issuing options, so they don't always find the bottom...May 21, 2010: North American Gem Inc. (NAG) (TSX-Vsymbol: NAG) announces that pursuant to its stock option plan, theCompany has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants, and employees to purchase in the total of 1,750,000common shares in the capital stock of the company ...more

Hi ActionplannerYes pricing this latest option at a higher value than todays SP is better than a lower one. I have supported NAG for a very long time and still continue to do so but I have to admit I am starting to get a little impatient. I really do not think it is too much to ask for an update to the shareholders on some production numbers from mine 2?I really think this unknown is to blame for ...more

Wally, I do agree with your comments, however just to look at the flip side, if they have great news(lets all hope so) , they would really have shareholders upset if they issued options @.10  after good news , should the stock go to .20 or something. So I'm hoping they did this before great news, and will have more news on the way, with stellar upswing in sp... I too have held this for a ...more

There should NOT have been ANY options issued to these morons. The have done squat for this company and more importantly for shareholders for well over a year now. Don't count mine #1, a money loser, anything positive. It's a scam and a shame that regulators even allow this behaviour. Insiders get options for compensation. These idiots have done nothing deserving of compensation.I am 100 ...more

Yes generally speaking I think all of us feel the same way wondering how things are going in Kentucky.Still not without risk.GLTA Wallywill

No, not "all of us" are wondering how things are going  in Kentucky. Some of us 'know" how things are goingin Kentucky. Road work, upgrading plant ,mixing  #2 & #3 coal, etc. etc.. It's called "do'n it right " for the "long haul". Do your own DD.  Go ahead, bashers, score me an ignore!!! Who ...more

Richman, how do you know they are doing the right stuff for the future?  How does anyone know what is going on with nag? We haven't had any news other than options , and a peeeeee poor private placement ..As well as a flash that mine#1 wasn't profitable. I likely appear as a pumper at times , and a basher on  other posts. When I first bought I thought it was a sure thing, now I ...more

just let you know that no insider will buy this option at this price and eventually, the options will expire as we have seen Charles and Lock never buy options if the price is 0.5 cent higher than the market price.Like saying to you that you have the right to buy a BMW at 200K every month, but nobody will actually buy it at 200k.you are very stupid. lolThat only reason for this is to tell us that ...more
