Need to raise additional capital to pay working capital costs to consultants for their hard work. Will need about 6 million dollars and a higher share offerring with reverse split should make it reasonable to attract new investors so Charles can take them for a ride

This guy has absolutely no conscience. He obviously thinks in his own mind he has done nothing wrong. Can it be that all of us investors and all those who have worked for NAG and quit are wrong and Charles is the only one right?He might even think he is doing a good job. Why else would you award yourself cheap options two months in a row. Thinking about options, should be another week or two ...more
