Not enough volume yet to say that.  Maybe some accumulation by people like us expecting the usual.  news however is overdue.

Your guess is as good as mine, but my logic comes from what Bobby said (news this week) and the uptick in volume (over 1.1 million) and the asks now resting @ .105 ...  SO, could be, could not be ... something's up but my bet is that there is something up ... time will tell but I hope I am right.
