Unfortunately, i would not support  Charles stepping down.  I say unfortunately since I do not see anyone else that could replace him!  It appears he's a one man machine.  For all the delays, i still think at least Charles has a vision which is attainable (one of the biggest blue gem producers).  The biggest problem I have with NAG is that it talks the talk but does

Totally agree. I feel like the kid that have been promised Disneyland before the parents have arranged it and now found out they can't get a flight. Come on get us a flight and get this off the ground. Don't give us more promises just do it !
