I see this news as being good for the sp. options @.11 and not all that many.  You gotta figure this is going to go up,  After all insiders know . Should hit 12 cents next week. even if they dump 250000 @.115 ... Any thoughts?

IMO before a company hits it big its is always good to reward employees.  The options granted over the last few months makes me believe that NAG is onto something ...

Where ever do you get the idea more granted stock option will be good for sp?Haven't you seen what has been going on everytime they get more options?   Its like saying another pp at .10 will give this stock solid support level. lol   They don't start pulling in some cash they are going to run out of money. And its taking longer to fill those pp all the time if you haven

True , Saturn, and especially at the going sp. they could have issued options @.09 or lower.I hope things start to fall in place in the next few months..... If not I will resort to bashing..lol I can't see any reason this stock won't go up, except the fact I own a few shares..

Saturn - I know you're optimistic and hopeful that the share price will increase, but you can't view every single event as bullish. 250,000 options is minimal and makes me wonder why they didn't issue them last week...That being said, they can't be dumb or ignorant enough (well, I hope...) to know the negative effect that constantly issuing options without doing anything

I'm starting to think that the insiders think the SP isn't going anywhere , so they keep issuing options to flip for a penny or two...I think I'll start flippin for a penny or two also, then buy back when it falls and flip again when it moves up...SUCYN

250000 shares@ .11, and we'll say that it is split 5 ways= 50000 each, will they sell for .115? I doubt that as it would only be a $250.00 profit , less commission... For any insider to get any impact from the options you would have to hold for at least 15 cents. I think they know something!

Hey guys, yes I'm optimistic, but I'm not stupid either.  i would prefer NAG to issue options ONCE.  i don't understand why NAG keeps on issuing these options on a monthly basis (or more).  Is there a limit in the by-laws or something where NAG can only issue a certain amount?  I don't know, i never looked.  It gets to be a bit ridiculous issuing option as

  I don't know where you got the story that the reason for NAG to get a permit to build the road because some one didn't lke the noise, but that is incorrect. assuming M3 is being truthful and I have always found them to be I WAS TOLD.APPARENTLY THERE ARE GAS PIPELINES ALONG THE PATH OF THE ROAD THEY PLANNED TO BUILD AND THEY REQUIRED A PERMIT TO BUILD ELEVATED ROAD OVER THESE PIPES

As for the road, that shouldn't stop NAG from mining # 3 , they can dig it out, stockpile it , then haul like hell once the road is complete. Sounds too easy..

When I spoke to IR I was told that the road was already under construction and should be a few more weeks? They really need to get their story straight...I really hope that someone at NAG reads this board and realizes what a clusterf*ck they're in. As a shareholder, it's extremely frustrating, and combined with the relentless option granting, makes me feel like an idiot for buying into

However , insiders have issued  a few options @ the going sp, which they didn't do before, it was always a sh^tload at 2 or 3 cents under. I also wish management would take heed to these posts. My thoughts are they are waiting till they ramp up production and then issue a great update... That

Just viewed an ad on BNN almost identical to the one I saw this time last year. Nothing has changed. This POS company is going nowhere. In the last year they have done pp's and granted share options when thry should have been generating cash flow from coal production. We have all been duped. Time to put this pos to bed.
