Charles and the rest of the management...

They know exactly what they're doing.  The constant granting of options and selling of shares for endless cycles must tell you their true intentions.  They have no regard for shareholders whatsoever and they're treating the company like it's theirs to milk for all it's worth.  IR lies, management lies, and all their BNN commercial presentations about their operations is to get the SP pennies higher so that they can cycle granting of shares and selling them again.  Charles is nothing better than a crook in a business suit...a true white collar crime story.  The sad part is he's getting away with it and doing it again and again.  Charles doesn't care about his company and never has intentions to ever make a profit.  He's just in it for himself.

I respect other people's decision for still believing in NAG but after all this time management has shown me their true intentions.
