NAG Frustrations

I have been holding long with this company also and I am going to say it the way it is. What keeps me around is the possible huge pay off. I do not trust Charles as far as I could toss him. The direction  of any company is the management's reponsibility. He has consistently denied investors of critical decesion making information. I would have changed my position on this company if they had informed us that 2010 was going to be a building year. IR kept pumping out his propraganda stating things would be coming at us fast and furious. We all know where this has left us. I bring to your consideration the 12 / 21 PR and I quote the last sentence "prepare North American Gen # 3 mine for highwall mining which is expected to begin in Jan 11".  Interpretation could have you believing that the mining will commence in Jan 11 or they wil begin to prepare to mine in Jan 11. As it turns out they need to construct a new road. One person from IR states they just have to build up the exsisting road, while another states they have to build an entire new road because the exsisting road goes right by someone's house. IR also informed me several weeks ago that a permit is necessary to begin construction of this new road. How long is the permit going to take before construction begins? So much BS has been spewed. I can handle the truth from the beginning, but to continously deny / hold back information is crap. Charles must have a huge ego. This is a public company, so we can voice our opinion when it comes to vote time and rest assured I will put an X in the stock option and Charles for president and CEO box. If Egypt can get their dictator out of office , we can try as a collective whole to remove Charles.

Sergeant, we all share your frustrations with this company's apparent inability to outline a plan to its shareholders and then to execute that plan. From what we see as outsiders management is not doing a good job, to say the least. However, from my understanding of how a public company operates you are not going to be able to "remove Charles" through some Egyptian-style mass written ...more
