North American Gem Inc > when will the day come

when will the day come

When I get to hit the sell button?  The sooner the better.  After re-reading richmans post, I am actually kind of afraid.  If the next news report only talks about M3 being unable to perform and the reception of the road permit, we are all screwed.  I was thinking that both mines would be operating by april, but leave it to nag to disappoint.  Heres a suggestion, next time you talk to other company IR dept, ask them how many companies a CEO can run properly and how many is too many.  How can I expect a company to move forward when the CEO does not even have the time to invest in the company?

You can hit that sell button any day...just the insiders have been doing

Insiders would have to own shares to be able to sell shares. NAG management owns virtually no shares. That in itself should tell you something. Even at 9 pennies, management does not see any future value in this company.Of course there is always richman to unload your shares on. He seems to like worthless paper. He must have a paper burning fireplace in his Recreational Vehicle.

stocknup, why do you say no insiders own shares  when it's clear the Charles own 200,000 from the 0.08 PP?????North American Gem Inc. Come on SYCYN, lets get real just for once. So he bought 16K worth of stock in a PP. Had he been smart enough to get the share price above 10 pennies, we all know they would be gone by now. He is a victim of his own incompetence.

I am not a fan of Charles and when investors beat up on him, I totally agree, but lets not distort the facts...Charles could have sold his PP shares after the 4 month hold was up, because it traded at 0.12 for 2 days, 0.115 for 3 days and 0.11 for 5 days, thru Feb. 4th...Keep up the bashing , even though I'm a share holder, he deserves it...but keep with the facts...SUCYN

Well maybe he was too busy with one of his other half dozen ventures. Kinda difficult when you can only set aside one hour/day/scheme.IS THERE ANY OF CHARLES COMPANIES THAT ACTUALLY GENERATE CASH FLOW??????????????????

I would assume that mine #2 is producing revenue, but we're probably losing money on it...I worry that the burn rate will cause another PP..We were told way back that there would be no need for a PP because the exercising of the warrants put ( I think) 1.5 million dollars in the till...We had two PP's since that lie...SUCYN
