I believe NAG's failover point is .045 so I will hang in there till then,...... but ultimately Charles has indicated by not releasing information via news release / website that they are struggling.    Personally, I believe that Charles is aware that he has ruined the reputation of NAG and there is recourse.    Most like Charles has opted to spend his efforts on
