News from another perspective

What if the quality of the coal was not good? What if it was impossible to meet the standards because the quality was not there? What if the lawsuit has some merit to it? Most of us are suspicious of NAG because they keep announcing mines and finds but don't seem to be able to produce in a way that improves the price of the stock. We can keep hoping but we also need to look at the issue from the other side.

You are right alfun....Problem is that  I can't afford anymore rose coloured glasses......Its all or none so lets hope that if this lawsuit goes forward, we are able to win enough cash to pay for a year of managements reckless bonuses...LOL!!!

NAG needed this problem like an other hole in the head!!!NAG had dismissed this company for poor performance. Management are probably worried about a Canadian company in a US court. And don't give me the story that the US courts are blind as to foreign or domestic suits. [Look at the Black decision}.Murphy's Law is working overtime on Nag's case.
