Venture rules need to be reviewed. For a company like NAG, which has done to little but nevertheless used as a majot platform to raise money and pay CEO, must be banned and delisted.

I agree 100% Shellfish,,,,their are to many of those scam company,that when they start their goal is not to produce anything except getting rich on shareholders back,,,that why they run 4 or 5 fake company all suposely legal,,,its funny that most of those CEO are lawyers,,,the stockmarket  needs to do some serious cleanup,,,,,
