Mr. Charles Desjardins reports

NORTH AMERICAN GEM INC. HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

North American Gem Inc. held its annual general and special meeting on June 22, 2012, and all items listed on the proxy were approved.

Of note, the shareholders approved a special resolution that the issued and outstanding common shares of the company be consolidated on the basis of one new common share for up to 40 old common shares. The shareholders also approved a special resolution that the company adopts new articles under which the company can change its name by way of a directors resolution.

The company will be making an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to effect the consolidation and amend the company name.

Unbelievable! Shareholders voted for this?Really? I didn't see the box to check off for "kiss me first."   So we get a 40-1 reverse split. Then they change the company name. Then they start all over.

Standard procedure to kill the retail shareholder.All these juniors at some point do it.The vulture exchange is notorious for this. wdr2

well thats that then... end of the road... looking towards any sort of position we were in some 3 years back when this NAG was at 0,65c and after the split its gonna be a miracle if I even get my money back!... to be any where near the 0,65c mark I will have to old NAG shares at $30.00 or more....directors of NAG have a drink on me you v'e done pretty well!..done.

I voted a big NO on everything they pass,,,,,it was fix before they send us the paper on what they gone do,,,i am sure that it does not change anything anyway you vote,,,its all fix in advance for those scam company like NAG,,,,somebody even said that they wants to change name,,,,why not in fishing changing lures  will catch more fish,,,,,what a dam joke the stockmarket has become,,,,,

Hey HAPPY tell us again how great this management team is you always back them up whether it is NAG or SLT why don't you give an opinion now or I guess you can't because of who you really are   Watch for the repricing of their options like they did with SLT when it was rolled back
