"The Company entered into a non-binding letter of intent dated November 21, 2013 with Avrio Ventures Limited Partnership. Pursuant to the LOI, Avrio is proposing to acquire, through a private company to be incorporated in which Avrio or its affiliated entities would hold a controlling position, all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company, including common, preferred, non-voting, voting and participating shares, as well as all options, warrants and other securities convertible into shares of the Company (the “Proposed Transaction”). The LOI provides that the exact structure of the Proposed Transaction is to be determined."
Seems like a material development. Why wouldn't the company issue a news release?
