For those who don't follow the pump and dump scam company, Gold Mining Inc. is the largest shareholder of Nev Gold. Gold Mining Inc. has done a spin out of it's royalties in 2021 and has just completed spinning out one of it's copper/gold projects. Both spinouts are to zero benefit to any of Gold Mining Inc's sharelholders - management is just paying themselves with it and using marginal amounts to pretend like they are doing work on their crappy South American toilet assets. The property that Nev Gold is optioned for with Gold Mining inc. may be the only asset of value that Gold Mining inc. even has after it's spinout of their other copper/gold project.

If Nev Gold were to appreciate considerably, I would be worried about a major dump by GLDG.
