What I find more interesting is the deal with the Nevgold (NAU) subsidiary 141. These guys are going for a listing and with EPL transferring over a bunch of properties and getting in return a large holding of that company then this to me is where shareholder value will come from.
Check out the release on the NAU board. It explains in much more detail what that subsidiary is hoping to achieve.

Epl at 17 cents, ER around 20 cents so all in price (once everyone gets every tranche of their ER shares) is combined 24 cents. Much lower than I thought it would be at this stage.

Keep your eyes on 141. Also quarterly coming up, will show how active Terralogic has been. Curious how much the wildfires will affect the following Qtr, if at all.
