CANADA and South Korea will be doing many, many JV deals imho. $NBM will prosper from cross-business transitions and local and International connections. Each EV related company is well aware of the other EV and battery deals happening with major car manufacturers like HYUNDAI, HONDA, TESLA, RIVIAN, etc etc - Take note too, $1.38 Billion just announced for Ontario, a recent HONDA JV to transform the Honda plant into EV directions: https://globalnews.ca/news/8686659/ontario-honda-hybrid-plant-switch/ - Things are moving and the competition in batteries and EVs is JUST getting started. This is a good time to be "in it to win it..."

You can bet, many conversations are going on right now over whos battery tech. to utilize, and NBM is well aware their proximity, in their new South Korean development facility will be poised to do business ASAP !
