Insider sold. Is this company going down?
Insider recently sold CA$60k worth of stock On the 3rd of June, Roberto Fia sold around 200k shares on-market at roughly CA$0.30 per share. This was the largest sale by an insider in the last 3 months. Insiders have been net sellers, collectively disposing of CA$13k more than they bought in the last 12 months.

What tripe! Old news...and badly packaged up as important by you. You'll have to do better...but by that time, most will have you on Ignore anyway. el d

That's not much and they're people too and have to pay bills too. Not worried about such small amounts.

Mr.Fia is a smart Financial Banker, if he sold - it means he knows something. I am also out of this. I was only it, because he was.

Looks like he excerised his warrants for 500k shares and then sold off a portion to cover the cost. Again, it's prudent what he did. I don't think he bailed and he didn't have any shares before...just options and warrants. JMO. Do your own due diligence.
