Financing
The Company intends to use its commercially reasonable efforts to complete the Financing for gross proceeds of $3,200,000 00 at a price of $0.40 per Unit as soon as practicable prior to or concurrent with the Completion Date. Each Unit to be sold by the Company is to consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant exercisable at a price of $0.80 for one additional common share of the Company for a period of 36 months from the close of the Financing.
